This collection of her speeches, talks, presentations, and ceremonies can be used by Mi'kmaw Studies teachers to help to inform them on Mi'kmaw issues as well as to critically analyse progress that has been made over time, since the book includes talks from 1985-2015.      Thematic sections include Culture and Language, Spirituality, Racism, Education, and Prayers and Ceremonies, framed by Ikantek (introductions) from well-known Mi’kmaw writers and educators, as well as an Associate Sister of the Sisters of St Martha.
